How Do I Remove Palikan Search (Palikan.com) from Infected Browsers (IE/Firefox/Chrome)?

I screwed up and clicked a Java Runtime Environment executable. I wasn't paying attention and thought I was updating my version of Java. After I did that, about ten tons of crap started showing up on my machine. I did an Uninstall on each one I could find (e.g., Weather Bug, Pluto TV, etc.) but now I have Palikan.com coming up on all my browsers when I start them. Please help me get rid of the junk I inadvertently downloaded.
