How to Remove Pakes.RWS Trojan from Infected Computer?

I'd like to find out about removing Pakes.RWS trojan. A friend discovered it in a file I sent him. I scanned the file immediately...clean. Went and made an AVG rescue disc and scanned and found nothing.
