How Do I Remove Palikan Search (Palikan.com) from Infected Browsers (IE/Firefox/Chrome)?

I screwed up and clicked a Java Runtime Environment executable. I wasn't paying attention and thought I was updating my version of Java. After I did that, about ten tons of crap started showing up on my machine. I did an Uninstall on each one I could find (e.g., Weather Bug, Pluto TV, etc.) but now I have Palikan.com coming up on all my browsers when I start them. Please help me get rid of the junk I inadvertently downloaded.

What is Palikan Search?

Palikan Search is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that usually comes to your computer through a deceptive marketing called ‘bundling’. Generally, it is packaged into some third party software. If you do deselect the install requirements in advance, it will load in your computer by default. Besides, this PUP often comes alongside other unwanted programs such as Weather Bug and Pluto TV. You’d better to avoid being infected by this PUP; otherwise, you might encounter the following troubles.
