Effectively Eliminate GetTheDiscount Adware & Pop-up Ads

Hello, I do my best and try to delete this program "GetTheDiscount" on my pc. When i want to delete it in the control panel i get the message to close the browser. Tried many times but can't get it away. Anybody has an answer on this? Thanks in advance!
